Day 1 -Arrival to Entebbe
Your flight will be landing at Entebbe International Airport late in the Evening where our driver guide will be pick you and take you for a dinner and over night at Hotel Africana.
Day 2-Depart For Kasese
You’re expected to be in the dinning room at exactly 7:00 am then plan to start the journey at exactly 8:00 am. Take Masaka Mbarara road with a stop over at the equator then drive you to Mbarara where you will have you lunch in Mbarara town. Shopping will be done in Kasese then have dinner and over night at Hotel Margherita as you will preparing for the next days expedition.
Day 3-Hiking rwenzori
Early morning refreshments then head to the park offices for briefing and with hiking equipments. You will start hiking from the park head quarters through the elephant grassland plots of gardens then cross Mahoma River in two hours. After crossing the River you will climb through the bracken fern slopes and podorcarpus forest up to Nyabitaka hut with elevation of 4000 ft. While on the hike you may see chimpanzees, monkeys a round the hut as well as the Rwenzori Turaco. Across the valley to the north of Nyabitaba hut is a rocky and largely unclimbed portal peaks good for hiking.
Day 4-Central Circuit
You will head to the west ward trails and cross the Kurt Shaffer bridge to cross River Mubuku and Bujuku. The central circuit will be climbed in the clock wise direction for easy access to the bamboo forest. From there it will take you two hours to get while in the slippery borders. This will be the most difficult experience for you but you do not have to regret for this dangerous footing to the circuit.
From Nyabitaba it will take you 6 hours to hut of Nyamuleju for shelter and spend a night there a s well view Speke and Mt Stanley as well as the groundsel vegetation which is not seen any where else in the world.
Then walk to John Matte hut with a scenic of the rear ordinary vegetation and an over night as you plan for the next day’s return to Nyabitaba.
Day 5-Hike To Nyabitaba
Leave the place e of accommodation for the 7 hour hike to Nyabitaba through the Bigo bog jumping on a grassy bog from tussock to tussock. Getting to the southern part of Bigo bog is a muddy trail up to the round metal. You will have refreshments at Bigo bog then take the newly constructed trail board to the beautiful narrow steam of bog for lunch break. You will then climb to the drier grounds of bog and cross the River to Lake Bujuku where you will see the majestic setting of Mt Baker in the south, Mt Speke to the north and Mt Stanley.
The worst mud will be followed through the trails leading to the lake shores where you will find a rock shelter referred to as cooking pot then climb Mt Speke. Then make go for a nature walk a round Bujuku where you will see the red duiker and hear calls of the Rocky hyraxes in the night.
Day 6-Abruzzi camp to Elena Hut
From Bujuku Hut, Climb steeply from Lake Bujuku to Abruzzi’s camp and then on to Elena Hut near the foot of the Mt. Stanley Plateau.From the valley floor, screen slopes heavily populated with giant lobelias give way to polished slabs of rock and short wall climbs lead to Elena Hut for an over night stay..
Day 7 -Stanley Plateau
Early morning traverse of the Elena glacier to the Stanley Plateau where crampons will be required. Cross this in a North West direction to the Margherita glacier to the cool and to choose a route to the summit. Then have an over night at Kitandara hut
Day 8 -Last leg of Hike,Depart To KampaLa
Climb steeply to the Freshfied pass then down follow open ridges to the spectacular Bujongolo rock shelter. Enjoy dozens of waterfalls of the upper Mubuku river system en route to Guy Yeoman hut. Returns to Kampala late in the evening have,dinner at Serena Hotel and over night.
Day 1 -Depart For Queen Elizabeth National Park
our safari guide will pick you from your hotel and drive you on the southbound road connecting to Queen Elizabeth National Park situated in the south western part of Uganda. You will have a stop over at the traditional royal drum makers, and later drive to Masaka.[.more.]
Day 2:Lake Mburo game drives
The game drives will periodically starts after break fast. While on the game drives you will see school of hippos, zebras, Impalas, Buffaloes, water bucks and other animal s as well as birds like e the crested cranes and the great shoe bill[.more.]
Day 2 Murchison Falls National park tour
After breakfast, go for a morning game drive which will take you through different habitats. On the drive you may see different animals which include giraffes, Elephants, Bushbucks Lion, Jackal, Hartebeest and a variety of birdlife. Return to the lodge for lunch.
